5/7/2023 0 Comments Dokev vs pokemon![]() RPG fans who enjoy playing Pokemon, Yokai Watch, and/or Kingdom. If we’re lucky, those mini-cars will be available as merch too. Pearl Abyss developing major project an open-world, spirit-collecting game called DokeV. I for one cannot wait to get my hands on this and replace that Elekidi-shaped hole in my heart. What we do know is that the MMO is planned for release on major consoles as well as PC and will be suitable for all ages. Can’t Wait to Get My Hands on ItĭokeV isn’t out yet and probably won’t be for a fair while. You also seem to have access to loads of different types of transport to make getting around the world fun – from tiny cars to flying umbrellas and even a standard skateboard. From a PURLEY VISUAL AND WORLD perspective, this game blows Pokémon straight out of the water, literally no competition. These creature designs have bags upon bags of personality, which matches the playable characters. A lot of the information we do have is from this comment on the reveal trailer. DokeV seems to have escaped the trap of simply jamming two things or animals together like Pokemon does. Personally I can’t decide which I like more, the hat-wearing, water-gun-dual-wielding duck or the panda with boxing gloves. Maybe it’s because they were designed with 3D in mind from the get-go, but they all seem to be bursting with character. The creatures also seem pretty damn great. The game is supposed to be child-friendly and appeal to all ages, and with visuals that pop this much, it’s easy to see that happening. ![]() ![]() Everything in-game is rendered in a very soft, brightly colored style. The trailer shows off some impressive aesthetics, aside from just how high-quality the graphics are. If that’s true, then this is potentially one of the best looking video games of all time. The truth is, at least according to the developers, that it’s all in-game graphics. If you take a look at the trailer, you might be forgiven for thinking it was pre-rendered. ![]()
